Biographical Info

Terry is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with more than 20 years’ experience coaching leaders at all levels.  Terry works with motivated leaders who are ready to become their best by making the changes that are important to them.  Her coaching style reflects her belief that individuals perform best when they are acting from their authentic selves.

Terry’s corporate and professional experience helps ensure a good fit and partnership, providing an atmosphere of mutual trust and respect that facilitates effective coaching.  Clients appreciate her sincerity, integrity, insightful questions, and the humor and energy she brings to the work.

As an ICF Mentor Coach, Terry works closely with and supports other ICF professionals who are seeking their ACC, PCC, and MCC ICF Coaching Credentials.

Before becoming a coach, Terry worked in the automobile industry executing Environmental Public Policy, where she supported organizations to implement and comply with federal and state regulations.

Terry has a BA from American University and an MSc in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University.  Outside of work, Terry enjoys walking in nature, theater and the arts, and traveling.
