Sophie is passionate about empowering coaches and leaders through mentor coaching and coaching to create the impactful results they desire.

Coaching Experience Overview:  Sophie is a credentialed Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a registered Mentor Coach dedicated to supporting aspiring and experienced coaches toward excellence in their ACC, PCC, and MCC journey of growth and development.  She has successfully mentored numerous coaches, helping them to refine their skills, navigate challenges, and achieve their professional goals.  Her diverse background in various leadership roles equips her with a unique perspective to guide coaches toward success.  She creates a safe and confidential space for coaches to explore their practice, enhance their competencies, and align with the ICF Core Competencies.

Mentor Coaching Approach:  Sophie’s mentor coaching approach is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs of each coach.  She focuses on fostering self-awareness, enhancing coaching skills, and supporting coaches in building a sustainable and fulfilling coaching practice.

Client Base:  Sophie has provided leadership and executive coaching to a globally diverse client base in financial, banking, aerospace, hospitality, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and IT industries.

Key Coaching Engagements:  Sophie implemented both team and 1:1 coaching for listed companies and MNCs for the senior leadership teams, department heads, and senior managers.

Professional Experience:  Sophie has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry and, as a former Head of the Money Market in a foreign bank, Sophie has firsthand experience of what it takes to be successful in relationship management in a stressful and results-oriented environment.

Areas of Expertise and Notable Achievements:  Sophie trained and built highly motivated trading and sales teams focused on achieving revenue goals and expanding the client base in the Treasury Division.

Coaching Approach:  Sophie uses the Transactional Analysis approach in her work with coaches and clients to help them create the success that they desire.
