Biographical Info

Soo Yin integrates a holistic, systemic, experiential, and transpersonal approach in her coaching, mentoring, and supervision. She draws from her depth of experience and certifications in adult learning; transformative/narrative/systemic team coaching; and in integrative development.

In addition to being an ICF  Master Certified Coach (MCC), Soo Yin has certifications as a Mindfulness Teacher; Vertical Development-My Worldview Practitioner; and Birkman Master Professional.  She has also trained in Positive Psychology; Positive Neuroplasticity; and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

Soo Yin has extensive experience in senior leadership roles in the fields of law, finance, education, learning and development, career development, coaching, and consulting in private and public sector organizations and in government.  She also more than two decades of experience designing and facilitating learning in tertiary institutions, universities, and in corporate training.

An avid life-long learner and explorer, Soo Yin believes that every individual brings unique gifts and contributions in their leadership, careers, and in life.  She loves traveling and exploring both the inner and outer landscapes of human experience in her daily life, in her work, and in her travels.  She also enjoys the beauty and serenity of Singapore’s gardens and is physically, emotionally, and spiritually refreshed whenever she can be out in nature.
