Biographical Info

Lisa Pachence, MCC, is a passionate student of life.  She weaves deep insights, humor, practical tactics, and masterful partnership to enact transformative life and business changes. Lisa is an ICF Master Certified Coach, an ICF Mentor Coach, and the owner of IGNITE Mastery (an MCC Mentor Coach Program). Her extensive professional background includes being a former coach-training leader for Accomplishment Coaching, Core Competency trainer for ICF Philadelphia, and the owner of LP Coaching, an Executive Life Coaching company.

As an ACMC mentor coach, Lisa works with individuals and small groups who are developing their skills and professional knowledge to achieve the next credential level.  She also works with master coaches who want to define, hone, and amplify the “edge” of their coaching to create deeper impact, more ease and flow, and expand their client base.  Further, Lisa believes that the internal transformation of honing the edge of your coach-approach, identifying blind spots, and releasing ego is where the true gift is ignited for coach and clients.  IGNITE Mastery, an MCC Mentor Coach Program, focuses on a combination of immersive coaching, rich community, and strong championing to spark that internal transformation for coaches, no matter their current credential.  Mastery begins wherever you are.

In her own business, LP Coaching, Lisa works primarily with under-fulfilled high-achievers – big hearted entrepreneurs, coaches, and executives who crave big lives without big burnout.  Her clients have included Olympic athletes, tech CEOs, nonprofit executives, government leaders, and executives from Google, Disney, Amazon, LinkedIn, Activision Blizzard, Accenture, Business Insider, and many others.
