Biographical Info

Lisa Collins is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) and an ICF Registered Mentor Coach. She has been coaching since 2005 and specializes in coaching high-potential leaders in accelerating their careers, seeking greater opportunities to guide and influence others, and ultimately achieving sustainable success that increases the bottom-line performance of their organizations.

Lisa has also designed and tailored succession management programs for several global organizations, helping them build sustainable employee development cultures. She works closely with leadership teams, coaching them to guide staff in their development, which in turn infuses the organization with growth potential. She also works with employee teams of all levels in diverse cultures and varied business sectors.

In her ICF and ACMC mentor roles, Lisa describes her mentor coaching philosophy as client-centered:

“I offer mentoring for all levels of ICF coaching credentials: ACC, PCC, and MCC. My mentoring approach is personalized for each client and focuses on their strengths as well as their goals and objectives.  One of the most important things I’ve learned in my years as a leadership coach is how best to partner with clients to achieve successful outcomes.  The collaborative connection is very important to me and my process in supporting others.  Together, we focus on practice and progress.  This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about mentoring—it’s a partnership of two individuals focused on a common goal, and the synergy we create is both dynamic and rewarding.  Growth is continuous in our profession, no matter how skilled you are. Lisa has a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Group Processes. In addition to being a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF, she is an Advanced Certified Mentor Coach, and a Coach Supervisor. Lisa has extensive professional certifications in competency training, 360 instruments, behavioral interviewing, coaching, leadership effectiveness, and personality assessments. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time in nature with her husband and daughter.
