Biographical Info

With more than 20 years and 4,500 hours of coaching experience, Lauren is excited to share her knowledge and wisdom to support those on their professional coaching journey to achieve new heights of coaching confidence and mastery.

Lauren is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), an Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC), and a Certified Coach Supervisor. She has successfully mentored coaches who have achieved their desired certifications at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels. Her mentor coaching and supervision clients appreciate her warm, affirming, and supportive presence, along with her clear, practical, and insightful guidance.

Lauren began her mentor coaching journey in 2016 with The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC) where she mentors coaches seeking TMBC certifications in StandOut Strengths Coaching and the StandOut Assessment. Energized by the experience, she acquired additional certifications in Mentor Coaching and Coach Supervision to support ICF coaches.  In addition, Lauren did a stint on the faculty of The Life Purpose Institute to facilitate group mentoring programs for their newly-trained coaches.

Originally from Texas, Lauren graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Technology from the University of Houston. Prior to becoming a coach, Lauren spent fifteen years in marketing program leadership in Silicon Valley. She lives in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, where she enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, and walking on the beach.
