Joanna is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), specializing in Wellness Coaching for individuals with ADHD, executive dysfunction, and/or concussion. In her coaching practice, Joanna offers individual and group coaching to professionals and students. She also offers mentor coaching to coaches pursuing their ACC or PCC ICF accreditation.
Joanna comes from a background in neuropsychology where she worked as a psychometrist in brain injury field. She brings training, experience, and understanding of neuroscience, health practices, and behavior change to her coaching practice which helps facilitate meaningful change for her clients.
In addition to earning the PCC designation with ICF, Joanna recently completed post-graduate training in Wellness Coaching and earned the NBC-HWC designation (National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches). Joanna also has certifications in Positive Psychology, Applied Neuroscience, Group Coaching, and Culinary Coaching.
Joanna approaches life with a sense of humor and a deep desire to connect with others. She believes strongly in foundational health practices and likes to challenge herself in all pursuits.
