She has extensive experience in education, leadership coaching, team building, 1:1 coaching, professional development, consulting, and mentoring.
T.C. specializes in mentoring coaching, drawing on her forty years in education, coaching teachers in classrooms, and providing differentiated feedback to ensure student success and teacher growth.
She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Professional Development and Educational Administration, as well as certifications in various tools to extend your self knowledge and celebrate your strengths.
T.C. is a lover of active outdoor adventures including sea kayaking on Lake Superior, downhill skiing, and quiet sports such as yoga and collecting sea glass and sassy cocktail napkins.
